Kimberling City Annual Fall Festival

Saturday, September 14, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

As you know, the City of Kimberling City celebrated its 50th Birthday in 2023. We had such a great turn out to that event that we have decided to add an annual fall festival to our list of events. Be sure to save the date and keep an eye out for more information about this exciting event to be released!

We look forward to seeing everyone there!!

Event Information:

·         Date & Time: Saturday, September 14th, from 11:00am-5:00pm

·         This will be a block party event that will feature vendor spaces, crafts, games, live music, and a food court.  

·         A portion of Kimberling Blvd., Beach Blvd, and Marina Way will be closed for this event.

·         The Kimberling City Park Board will be hosting a cutest dog contest, and they will be holding a fundraising event at the Kimberling City Dog Park.

·         More information will be released closer to the event.

·         Bands will begin playing at noon and will continue through 5:00pm.

·         You will need to bring your own chairs if you want to sit and watch the bands perform.

Vendor Information:

·         Vendor Registration will be open June 12th

o    Registration can be completed online at ckcmo.com, or by contacting City Hall

o    Vendor registration is $50.00, or $100.00 for food vendors.

o    Electricity is available, provided you reserve it ahead of time. You will need your own extension cords to hook up to the power supply.

o    Contact Laura Cather with Kimberling City with any special needs PRIOR to the event day.

·         Liability Waiver

  We will ask participants to sign a liability waiver and e-mail the document back to Laura Cather before the event.
